What’s the cancellation policy?

Please note any cancellations once the deposit or full payment is made, and if guests cancel for any reason, there is a $500 non-refundable fee. HTA offers credit insurance which means guests will not receive a cash refund, but the amount guests paid after the deduction of the $500 non-refundable fee, balance will be applied to future travel dates for up to 2 years from the original travel date. For example, if a guest paid $5,000 and after the $500 cancellation fee is applied, the guest will have a $4,500 credit they can apply to their future travel expense to Hawaii. 1.
