What is the difference between a UTV and an ATV?

ATVs are all terrain vehicles and are smaller than a UTV. ATVs are for 1 to 2 riders and steer using a handlebar system. UTVs are off road vehicles that can seat between 2 and 4 people and have bench seating and steering similar to a car.
