What Are Mai Tai And Blue Hawaiian Drinks?
A Mai Tai is a traditional Polynesian alcoholic drink made with rum, Curaçao liqueur, lime juice, and orgeat syrup. Being a citrusy drink that is relatively tart, and not too sweet, many find it a very refreshing option. A Blue Hawaiian is a cocktail, made with pineapple juice, rum, Blue Curaçao, sweet and sour mix, and sometimes vodka. Some versions will substitute the sweet and sour mix with crème of coconut as well.
