Can we upgrade hotel rooms or change experiences?

We have set the rooms in the hotels to be at the standard level. Everyone in a shared room would need to agree to pay the increased fees for upgraded rooms and can be done on a case-by-case basis. The experiences for the group are set. Changing tours for individuals will not be allowed. Changes to itinerary will not be made unless formally requested by the school trip director.
