Can We Swim With Dolphins?

Federal rules prohibit swimming with dolphins, per NOAA "Do not swim with wild spinner dolphins." Per NOAA "manta rays are inherently vulnerable" and are on the Threatened Species list, and swimming near them day or night disrupts their natural feeding patterns.
